Cam Penney is a Intern Architect, Material Researcher, Former Head Editor at Building 22, and Co-founder of Landscape Lab — Sustainable Design Club, designing everything from biomes to buildings. After pivoting into architecture from an urban ecology background, he has been able to work on a range of projects from master plans, housing, architectural publications, landscapes, and material studies; to further promote the creation of timeless design solutions and ecologically sustainability. Penney is always eager to contribute his skills in Revit, Rhinoceros, OBS & CD, and sustainable building systems to new and collaborative design projects.

Cam has shared his interdisciplinary workflow through my M.Arch thesis, which can be found in the Journal of Architectural Education (Fall 2024), Canadian Architect magazine (Dec. 2023), Building 22 Edition 23, featured on Dezeen, and has been awarded the 2023 Canadian Architect Student Award of Excellence, Maxwell Taylor Award, Marco Fracori Prize, and Azrieli Thesis Support Grant.
